Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
To be our successful candidate, you must have had at least 2 – 3 years' experience in a sales based role with an emphasis on hitting sales KPIs and targets. Females are encouraged to apply!
A passion for cars and the car industry;
- Vehicle fitment knowledge (highly desirable);
- A valid driver's license;
- The ability to work weekends;
- The ability to take 40 – 60 inbound calls per day and demonstrate a high sales conversion rate;
- The ability to take the initiative and close any inbound/outbound leads and retail sales;
- Help to grow our retail and wholesale customer base;
- The ability to follow strict processes and meet deadlines;
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner;
- Excellent time management skills;
- A willingness to continuously learn on the job.
