Your role
Working closely with theManager for Curriculum & Systems Advice, you will be required to develop plans and strategies to support design, development and implementation and ensure compliance under the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework.
Further duties will include;
- Provide specialist advice and information in training program development to confirm alignment with national training package requirements
- Review and recommend methods for the ongoing development and improvement of training program delivery and assessments across SOG
- Ensure compliance of all SOG Training operations by undertaking internal auditing
- Provide specialist advice to support innovative delivery strategies relevant to an adult learning environment as well as expert advice to trainers and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to confirm that SOG meets the requirements of the organisation, industry and regulatory bodies

What we’re looking for
- Individual who can work within agreed timeframes and againist competing priorities
- Provide a supportive environment and appropriate level of guidance to the team
- Maintain expertise in VET and best practice educational methodologies
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent) or a willingness to complete within 6 months
