Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and passionate Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Motorola Solutions in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a full-time remote position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.

Responsibilities : 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.2. Managing and updating customer records in the database.

3. Assisting with call routing and transferring to appropriate departments.4. Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues.

5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service.Requirements : 1. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

2. Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve effectively.3. Project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.

4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools.5. High school diploma or equivalent required.Personality traits : 1.
