Hays are proud to be partnering with a leading company in Tasmania with operations in Hobart, Launceston and Devonport who are committed to providing quality services to their clients across the state and are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.Your new role
As a Sales Representative, you will be reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, across many industries from hospitality, education, retail and more. You will also be responsible for bringing in new business, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealing with any customer complaints.What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated previous experience in an Account Manager or Sales Representative, as well as excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record of meeting KPIs. You will also have the following- The ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people
- Self-motivated
- Strong business acumen where you can identify new sales opportunities
- Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
What you'll get in return
