The Role

We are on the hunt for an exceptional leader. We need a leader who is passionate about what they do, motivated to inspire others, and who are driven to create amazing experiences, not only for our customers, but most importantly for our people! This role will test you, it will inspire you and you will get out of it as much if not more than what you put in.

You're happy, confident and outgoing personality will shine through to your staff and customers. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store, be very hands on and service focused. Must have knowledge of financials, KPI's and reporting. You will manage all stock control, install a very high level of service and lead the staff to create a repeat business mentality.

This venue is company operated and you will be working closely with senior management team to drive the operational aspects of the business through effective leadership of your team. You will be rewarded for your experience from a supportive team of professionals who will give you every opportunity to progress within this great company.
You

  • You have at least 2-4 years of being a restaurant manager (or assistant restaurant manager or kitchen manager) who is looking for progression in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
  • You have basic business math and accounting skills to manage Profit & Loss in your restaurant.
  • You have strong analytic/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • You have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
  • You are passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards.
  • You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
  • Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
  • Natural enthusiasm and drive - love what you do and let it show!
  • Multi-site, high volume management experience is a plus!
  • You have a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
