Opening in the much anticipated URBNSURF precinct, we're bringing a relaxed water side dining offering to Sydney Olympic Park!Sandy's, a casual surfside all-day eatery, serving breakfast through to dinner, coffee to cocktails.
Walk up bare foot from the lagoon and enjoy a grab and go snack, or eat-in and stay until sundown. Utilising organic and ethically sourced produce, hero afternoon dishes include crispy fish tacos and beef barbacoa burritos. Satisfy your surf thirst with frozen drinks, smoothies, juices, coffee using Calibrate Coffee beans, grab and go G&Ts, beer, cocktails, and wine on tap.
The eatery will be a hangout for wave watchers, surf spectators, and those looking for a pre surf feed and post-surf snacks and sips.

What we'd love from you
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a casual, high volume dining environment (cafes, QSR, restaurants)
- Shift & labour management whilst supporting the Venue Manager
- Barista & beverage experience in a high volume environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- A team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for delighting everyone who walks through our doors
- Paid overtime and additional leave/time off + performance-based incentives.
- Flexible rostering with rotating rosters so you're not working every night and weekend.
