The Darling Downs South West Regional Office provides a range of supports to schools within the region. Records and specialist file management are an integral component of the delivery of specialist and school-based supports.
About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Contributing to the archiving functions within Student Services including data entry
- Sorting and following appropriate retention and disposal schedules for records
- Communicating with professional and specialist staff regarding record keeping duties
- Contributing to the development of new solutions for records management
- Content Manager experience
- Someone who can operate autonomously, as well as within a team, at times with repetitive work
- The ability to remain on task with attention to detail
- The ability to follow procedures and generate new solutions from their problem solving skills
