The Role
You will be energetic, have a positive attitude, with full knowledge of all aspects regarding property management.
- Manage a portfolio of 130 properties
- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Rental reviews
- Arrears management
- Maintenance
- Bond disposals/ final bond reports
- Tribunal attendance and preparation of court documents
- Water Invoicing
- Entry, Exit & Routine Inspections and Reporting
- Cloud-based software - modern systems and procedures!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager or with 2 + years of experience in Real Estate.
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong legislation knowledge
- Full knowledge of all aspects regarding property management
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
