- 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week

- Adelaide based candidates only. This role requires the candidate to be in the office as face to face teamwork is required.
- Pro-rata ASO5 and ASO6 salary $84,522 to $102,626 plus 11% superannuation based on experience. The rate of pay is aligned with skills, experience, or expertise and may be a casual contract.
- Health Professionals and Support Services award 2020 Industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.
Position Overview: As a Return to Work Specialist, you will be responsible for providing recovery and return to work services for assigned injured workers. You will also offer professional support and advice to management regarding their leadership functions supporting workforce health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will provide Injury Management Advisory Services to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices, while building business partnerships with internal stakeholders to promote workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recovery and return to work services for assigned injured workers.
- Offer professional support and advice to management regarding their leadership functions supporting workforce health and wellbeing.
- Provide Injury Management Advisory Services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Build Business Partnerships with internal stakeholders to promote workplace health and safety.
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, psychology, behavioural science, allied health, or a significant level of discipline knowledge in workers' compensation legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Injury Management Rehabilitation Services.
- Achievement of Return-to-Work Coordinator certification training via an approved provider within South Australia.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
