Australian developer with large development pipeline requires an ADM to work on multiple residential & mixed-use projects.
The clientOur client is a leading Australian residential developer undergoing a sustained period of growth within their business. They have a team of close to 200 dedicated property professionals and continue to grow and expand their operations here in Sydney. They have won multiple industry awards for their projects and their team culture is inclusive, professional, and fun with everyone running in the same direction to provide unique developments to their customers.
The role
This is a newly created position for an Assistant Development in their Sydney based development team where you will be working with experienced development professionals. Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing & Preparing Detailed Feasibility Models for Approval
- Managing the DA Lodgement & Modifications
- Prepare Project Briefs, & Appoint & Direct Consultants
- Liaise with Councils & Authorities e.g., Sydney Water, etc.
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports
Due to where our client’s projects are at in the development lifecycle, a background in planning or architecture is preferred. Other key requirements include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Town Planning or Architecture
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills
- Experience Working on Residential Apartment & Mixed-Use Projects
- High Level of Attention to Detail & Ability to Multitask
- Ability to Take Direction & Meet Project Timelines
