We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced individual to be responsible for the day-to-day office duties for a leading multi-trade construction company based in Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.The ideal candidate must have a high value for strong work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, honesty, good communication skills and be well-presented.
As an Office Administrator, you will be working as part of a supportive team that focuses on delivering outstanding projects that surpass the clients’ expectations. This is a full-time, on-site position from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors to the building by welcoming and directing to the appropriate team.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Handle all data entry, entering and amending work orders in Stream adding all relevant attachments into the system as required.
- Tenant and client contact including work order bookings and cancellations.
- Uphold office security by following safety procedures.
- Maintain the office to ensure it is always clean and tidy (including reception, boardroom, kitchen etc)
- Highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Good personal presentation, professional approach
- Good written and verbal communication skills
