Exciting Opportunity: Admin Officer in Lisahally
Position Overview:
- Job Role: Admin Officer
- Location: Tollymore Forest Park
- Start: ASAP
- Pay: £12.36 per hour
- Working Pattern: Friday (15:30 - 19:30 hrs)
Saturday & Sunday (10:00 - 20:00 hrs)
additional Mondays (10:00 - 20:00 hrs
- Length: 26 weeks
Main Duties:
Seasonal work to include on line caravan booking system management, helping with recreation income collection, customer management and basic ranger duties including litter collection.
ICT qualifications would be preferable due to the on line management of caravan bookings.
Experience in working in a customer based environment preferable.
A knowledge of outdoor recreation preferable.
Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- 5 GCSEs, including both Maths & English (or Level 2 equivalent).
- Basic Access NI Check.
