About the Role: As the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store and brand's reputation for delivering exceptional customer experience. You will love and boost sales through your community and all relevant events. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the store consistently embodies the brand's unwavering dedication to unparalleled excellence.
Key Skills & Experiences:
- Relevant Background: Previous experience with a reputable brand specialising in women's apparel and or homewares.
- Results Driven: Track record of success in contributing to a store's KPIs.
- Operational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in handling administrative duties,
- Community Engagement: Passion for engaging with local community groups and coordinating in-store events.
