Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us.
You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.
You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including : ? ?Concierge and welcome calls? Missed payments and early-intervention collections?
Simple customer service enquiries ?? See Yourself in our Team ?This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.
We currently have Part Time positions available in May with the below shift : Monday - Friday, 2.00pm - 7.00pm AWST We're Interested in hearing from people who Genuinely care about the experience of customers ?

Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, once a fortnight? Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability?
Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training. Training will be for 2.5 weeks on Monday - Friday, 11.
00am - 4.00pm AWST Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period? Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
