Are you an energetic and team focused person, with excellent communication skills? Join the customer service team at Craigie Leisure Centre! You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, feedback and requests in a professional and friendly manner, promoting programs and services to increase utilisation and providing administrative support.
Position Overview:
The successful applicant will have high level communication skills, experience in delivering a high and accurate level of customer service face to face and via phone in a fast paced environment and will be able to undertake administration tasks effectively and efficiently. Applicants will need to be available for a set work pattern across a range of hours including mornings, evenings and weekends between 4.45am - 9.15pm.
Requirements:

- Experience working with customers in leisure, recreation or allied health fields in face to face environments and over the phone.
- Experience in using point of sale systems and promoting products and services.
