Key Responsibilities:
Educational Leadership and Curriculum Excellence:
- Forge strong partnerships with academic staff and management to innovate and refine curricula, ensuring they are at the cutting edge of educational excellence.
- Uphold and exceed standards of accreditation and compliance, safeguarding our commitment to quality education.
- Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge educational technologies and methodologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Student Empowerment:
- Serve as a dedicated liaison for students, guiding them through their educational journey from enrolment to graduation.
- Resolve academic and administrative challenges, providing a seamless learning experience.
- Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive educational environment, encouraging active participation and engagement among students.
Strategic Analysis and Improvement:
- Conduct thorough analyses of course effectiveness, student feedback, and academic outcomes to inform strategic enhancements.
- Generate insightful reports to drive the continuous evolution of our academic offerings.
Resource Optimisation:
- Efficiently manage educational resources, ensuring materials, technology, and facilities are optimally utilised to support learning objectives.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for course delivery, ensuring an organised and conducive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of proven experience in academic coordination, curriculum innovation, or similar roles within the VET sector is highly valued.
- A comprehensive understanding of the VET Sector and its regulatory landscape is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with finesse.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with advanced educational technology platforms.
