About the Role

You will be responsible for providing support services to the Office of the General Manager and Mayor.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A Certificate/Diploma in Administration or Business studies or equivalent experience;
• Demonstrated ability and experience in delivering quality administrative support at a senior level;
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work with a range of internal and external clients and handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality;
• Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to cope with high volumes of work, varying workloads and deadlines.

Salary range - Up to $107K per annum (pro rata) (incl super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
