Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Student Experience Program team! You'll wear many hats, from managing budgets and timelines to coordinating logistics and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, timelines & deliverables for Student Experience Program.
- Develop & implement work stream plans, track progress & report on milestones.
- Build & maintain relationships with program stakeholders internally & externally.
- Facilitate communication & keep stakeholders informed on project status.
- Organize logistics for project activities (scheduling meetings, securing venues).
- Provide administrative support (presentations, documents, training information).
- Assist with financial management (invoices, procurement, budget monitoring).
- Prepare & submit financial reports, identify potential financial issues.
- Implement project governance procedures to monitor and control project progress.
- Ensure data integrity & secure storage of project records, comply with WH&S standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Communications preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile) a plus.
- Experience in a higher education environment a plus.
