As the Finance Business Partner Lead, you will lead effective financial planning, analysis and advice on all financial aspects with the Technology division to ensure sound financial management, commercial leadership and business planning. You will establish broader business cadence to ensure rigour on cost control and delivery of the budget. You will effectively support and challenge appropriate structures, initiatives and processes that are in place to meet the segments statutory requirements and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires strong leadership to influence stakeholders at all levels of the businesses with integrity and transparency. You will guide key stakeholder across various finance and commercial aspects including long term commercial strategy, external market and competitor analysis, contract negotiation, and project ROI analysis.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor of Business or related field, coupled with CPA/CA qualifications

  • 10+ years relevant professional experience with extensive financial knowledge

  • The ability to positively influence stakeholders, including Senior Executives, to overcome roadblocks and deliver successful outcomes

  • Demonstrated Business Partnering experience within a large corporate organisation

  • Thought leadership in managing large complex datasets and extracting key insights

  • Excellent communication skills to promote collaboration

  • Proven ability to manage and influence priorities across a broad stakeholder group

  • Highly developed people management skills with an ability to drive high performance teams

Experience with managing technology costs is not required but will be viewed favourably.
