Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Window & Door Factory Hand / Assembler / Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, punctual, reliable, and possess a keen attention to detail.
Working effectively within a factory team environment, the successful applicant will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling door and window frames to meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Read and follow instructions accurately
- Utilise CNC, small machinery, hand and power tools
- Fabricate and Assemble Door and Window Frames
- Lift and move Door and Window frames
- Demonstrate initiative to overcome unexpected circumstances
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Requirements :
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to receive feedback constructively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Previous experience in a similar role within the uPVC Double Glazing Industry (preferred)
