Parul's kitchen Pty Ltd Location: Bayswater, WA 6053 The Restaurant Manager will be a full time, salaried position, with 6 days work (including weekends).Overtime might occur during festive period or when there are special events like birthdays.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Overlook Front of House operation.
- Ensure professional standard of customer service.
- Running both dinner and catering smoothly.
- Alliance with Back of House (Kitchen Departments & storage area of restaurant).
- Frequent communication, meetings to discuss service & issues.
- Managing Rosters for Front of House.
- Roster is send out on weekly basis. Have to communicate with staff to find out their availability.
- Dealing with any issues/complaints.
- Deal with any customer & staff issues/ complaint professionally & efficiently.
- Reporting to Director on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Report of any major issues that need to be look into and rectify.
- Report of monthly sales and any factors that caused the increase or decrease of Sales.
- Ordering of Beverages.
- Ordering of Takeaway Boxes & Cutlery.
- Stock take of Restaurant Crockery, Cutlery & Glassware.
- Stock take of Beverages.
- Stock take of Table Linens.
- Cashiering.
- Using of POS system and Eftpos system.
- Counting and Balancing of Till.
- Using of Online Platform system.
- Dealing with paperwork.
- Temperature Recording.
- Pest Control Report.
- Cleaning Records.
Atleast 5 years of Manager experience in Restaurant
Positive Attitude, Enthusiastic, Outgoing, Efficient
Effective Time Management
Must be fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi
Computer Skills (Words, Excel, Outlook)
Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 a year
