Essential Criteria for Applicants:

Residency Status: Open exclusively to Australian permanent residents, Australian Citizens, or eligible New Zealand citizens.

Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, demonstrating expertise in restaurant operations, staff management, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is preferred, though extensive relevant experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, ensuring high levels of performance and job satisfaction.

Operational Management: Adept at managing restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing the dining experience for all guests.

Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of additional languages, especially Hindi, will be considered an advantage.

Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant’s operational needs.
