Develop your .Strata Management experience as you initially manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties with future growth of the portfolio over time.
The Role
Your .previous Strata Management or Property Management experience will be invaluable as you initially manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties with future growth of the portfolio to approximately 100 properties over time.
Your duties will include:
- Provision of professional customer support to Owners and Committee Members in a timely manner
- Liaison with contractors/suppliers
- Co-ordination of insurance claims/work orders/Requests for Quotes & Maintenance
- Create new relationships and build on existing connections
- Planning and running of general meetings
- Preparation of reports and minutes for all meetings
- Liaison with directors with accurate & relevant information to assist budgeting & resourcing
To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience in Strata Management or property management
- An ability to read, interpret and understand legislation (Strata Titles & Community Titles Act & Regulations)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Well presented
- A high level of computer literacy (Mircosoft Office, Strata Master & File Smart)
- Great time management and communication skills
- Able to prepare agendas, minutes and budgets
- An ability to convene and conduct meetings
- General administration and task management experience
- Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Own vehicle & current drivers license
