T he Role
A well-managed small to medium-sized portfolio - take over from the current Strata Manager who is moving internally within the business.
Duties
- Managing a portfolio based on experience
- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
- Running AGM's
- Periodic inspections
- Support from an assistant & admin team
- Strata Management experience within mixed-use or residential
- Ability to work under own initiative and direction
- Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a strong lucrative career
- Up to $100,000 + super
- Minimal after hours appointments & meetings = work life balance!
