Description:
- Support the operations of the Digital Department.
- Navigate and utilise their WordPress and other CMS, troubleshooting issues and implementing new features.
- Assist in constructing customer service journeys on their websites, and assist building registration channels for their events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other delivery teams on digital activations.
- Support regular reporting and analyse of digital marketing assets and products to find areas of improvement.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have roughly 2 + years of experience with an excellent understanding of the entire digital landscape including SEO, website management, events, web analytics and more. The candidate should also have:
- An understanding of WordPress, Google and CMS.
- Have worked on core ecommerce principles including analytics, social channels, CX and UX.
- A passion for digital innovation.
- Salesforce and EventAir experience is advantageous.
