Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Digital Department's daily operations to maintain the brand's digital presence across websites, the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and digital products.
- Utilise WordPress and other content management systems to manage digital content and address any technical issues.
- Assist in creating customer service journeys and setting up event registrations in Events Air, including ticketing and pricing details.
- Create lead trackers and event apps, ensuring their readiness six weeks before events.
- Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure timely recording and dispatch of app and lead tracker notifications through the CDP.
Requirements:
The Successful Candidate:
- 3-4 years experience in digital platforms; i.e web, social media, CRM, insights portals.
- Experience in WordPress including development and PHP / JavaScript coding, social platforms, Google and Salesforce ideally.
- EventsAir experience is desirable but not essential.
- Immediately Available is a must!
