Position Description

Supporting the accounts team, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• High volume processing and analysis of invoices
• Reviewing and cross-checking invoices
• Account reconciliations
• Handling client queries and credit requests
• Supporting the wider accounts team
• Raising credits and weekly reporting
• Data entry
• Customer enquire management
• Adhoc admin duties

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have experience or strong interest in billings along with the following skills and attributes:

• 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
• Ability to multi-task
