Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start. As an Accounts Receivable Officer you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process of the business and be an integral part of the finance team, so strong communication skills are essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Receipting bank statements efficiently and accurately
- Reconciling accounts receivable records with the company's financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Following up with customers on outstanding invoices and late payments.
- Uploading invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Processing intercompany transfers in accordance with company policies
- Working closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to resolve issues and improve processes related to accounts receivable.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and clarifying payment terms with customers
- Generating reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow projections, and other relevant metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Strong collections experience
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Immediate availability to start
