Our client, a Leader within the Manufacturing industry, is looking for energetic and passionate Customer Service professionals to join their team based in Campbelltown.
Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Service, you will be responsible for ensuring positive and successful interactions with customers and act as a Brand Ambassador for the business.
These roles are permanent, full time and is a great opportunity to join a family values based organisation with a friendly and supportive culture. The hours are a rotating roster between 7am and 6pm and there is onsite parking available onsite.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Handle a range of customer service oriented tasks including; placement of phone orders, delivery enquiries and product related enquiries
- Provide accurate information to customers about product information, in a confident manner
- Manage and update customer details at every opportunity
- Take ownership of customer escalation and/or investigation and see through to resolution
- Perform troubleshooting with customers to avoid non warranty related issues
- Ensure registrations, claims and any other enquiries received from customers are dealt with efficiently
- Manage and process warranty claims within SLA
- Ensure claims are completed within process and service levels expectations
- Provide timely information to Finance to process payments owing to service providers within SLA
To be considered for these roles you will n eed to possess the following:
- Previous experience within Customer Service
- Proficiency with the use of computers
- Strong communication skills
- A strong customer and solutions focus
- The ability to work well as part of a team
