Description:

Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate reports
  • Ability to interpret Australian workplace Awards, Agreements and relevant Industrial Relations legislation
  • Attention to detail
  • HR Coordinator experience (Minimum 1 year)
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Facilitate staff movements (onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding)
  • Provide HR advice and assistance to Managers and employees
  • Performance counselling, prepare warning letters and provide advice on performance issues whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures
  • Conduct workplace investigations (eg: Incidents)
  • Assist with recruitment and selection including immigration checks
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Monitor HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Organise staff traning sessions
  • Prepare employment contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
