Qualifications & experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate reports
- Ability to interpret Australian workplace Awards, Agreements and relevant Industrial Relations legislation
- Attention to detail
- HR Coordinator experience (Minimum 1 year)
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Tasks & responsibilities
- Facilitate staff movements (onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding)
- Provide HR advice and assistance to Managers and employees
- Performance counselling, prepare warning letters and provide advice on performance issues whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace investigations (eg: Incidents)
- Assist with recruitment and selection including immigration checks
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Monitor HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
- Prepare HR reports
- Organise staff traning sessions
- Prepare employment contracts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
