About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the shared success of the HR/People team, supporting day-to-day operations, administration, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing probity workflow including Medical, police, and fit-to-work checks for ANZ
- Acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries to employees in ANZ
- Drafting and managing employee contracts
- Handling Onboarding & Offboarding processes using HRIS (Workday) system
- Managing job changes such as compensation and bonus payments
- Offering HR advice to stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment
- HR Degree /Diploma qualified or near qualified
- Proficiency in end-to-end HR Systems
- Strong grasp of the employee life cycle and Australian employment law
- Effective communication, influencing, negotiation, and consulting skills
