Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Closure Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Closure Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to effectively close leads provided by the company or by self generated leads. You will play a crucial role in converting potential customers into satisfied clients by showcasing the value of our products/services and addressing their needs and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Receive leads provided by the company and promptly follow up with them via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand consumer requirements and budgets.
- Present our products/services in a compelling manner, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Address any objections or hesitations from leads and provide appropriate solutions or information to alleviate concerns.
- Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and clients using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as account managers or sales representatives, to ensure a smooth handover of closed deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance your sales approach and strategy.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager or team leader regarding lead progress and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis, with the potential for renewal based on performance.
