The Role
- Manage small portfolio end to end. Portfolio within 10km from the office
- Admin support
- Flexible working arrangements
- Previous property management experience ESSENTIAL
- Intermediate MS Office skills & Tech Savy to navigate CRM (Property Me)
- Personal accountability & compliant with procedures & processes
- Reliability to work unattended out on the road & time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
- Property Management Registration essential
