If you have a refined background in sales, are passionate about entering luxury retail, demonstrate an ability to deliver personalized client relationships, with a love of offering a bespoke journey, then this could be a great career opportunity to collaborate with luxury industry experts and leaders to expand your network and foster lasting connections.
This role isn't just a job-it's the first step toward long-term success within the luxury retail space with a short-term commitment.
You will have a strong passion for the industry and ideally, with a background in luxury sales is highly desirable to make a smooth transition into the role. You will utilise your high end sales experience to work with your clients in an intimate setting, which means you will be more than just a salesperson and manager, but a trusted advisor and styling expert.
You will be rewarded with an attractive base salary, monthly commissions, and a dedicated high performing small team to work with.
Skills & Experiences:
* Experience in styling, including pinning for alterations
* Consultative service style, often you are styling for major events
* Industry knowledge
* Confidence to gracefully guide customers towards closing sales
* Identify customer needs and lead them towards making decisions
* Impeccable presentation
* Excellent communication skills with a strong clientele building
* Great at understanding people and one who excels under pressure
* Experience with administration duties and software programmes essential
