About the Role
Fantastic opportunity to be the face of an innovative wellness studio, working front of house and assisting customers.
Duties
Some duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers as they arrive.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Effectively organising appointment schedules, making diary adjustments as necessary.
- Opening and closing studio as well as maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Replenishing studio supplies and as needed.
- Sorting and managing incoming mail efficiently.
- Performing various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with and supporting internal stakeholders, and the company director when required.
- Additional duties may be required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience in working for a luxury retail brand or high-end wellness centre.
- Prior experience in a Customer Service / Receptionist / Concierge type role.
- A polished and professional demeanour, mirroring the high standards of the business.
- An outgoing nature with the ability to be warm, welcoming, and accommodating.
- An adaptable and committed view to work
- Strong administration skills
