Description
As a Sales Associate, your role is to serve both retail and commercial clients, including new and used care dealerships, by providing expert advice on the range of 4WD accessories offered by our client. Responsibilities include taking ownership of showroom sales, assisting walk in customers, showcasing product features, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Additionally, the position entails responding promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries received via phone and email, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet customer needs. Collaboration with the marketing team to assist in promotional activities and effective coordination with management and the workshop team to schedule installations and services are also key aspects of this role.
