About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, City Lifestyles, the Executive Manager Community Life, will provide inspiring leadership to the Community Life Division. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the community of Campbelltown and the experience of its residents and visitors.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a diverse skill set who is passionate about building inclusive and connected communities. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across Social Planning and Community Partnerships, Community Events and Activation and Sport and Recreation. Critical to your success will be your ability to build strong relationships across council and with a range of external stakeholders.
To be Successful in Your Application You Will Demonstrate:
- An outstanding record of leadership and team building within a relevant role and organisation;
- A demonstrated track record in developing and driving strategy across a diverse portfolio within a fast paced and complex operating environment;
- Excellent communication skills including high level strategic writing and public speaking skills;
- Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
