About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse , you will work autonomously providing high-quality person-centred care supporting NDIS participants across various community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of evidence-based services
  • Development of management plans for high-care community needs
  • Provision of up-to-date reports for participants
  • Collaboration with health professionals to ensure a holistic healthcare approach
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years' nursing experience (NDIS / Aged Care / Community Nursing / Hospital sectors)
  • Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to conduct assessments
  • Experience in Continence and/or Complex Wound management
  • Previous experience working with participants funded by the NDIS (desirable)
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Reliability and willingness to travel
Qualifications & Certifications Required:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Australian working rights
  • Police Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker ID and orientation certificate
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
