What You Will Do:

The customer service specialists are the key to our business success, driving all interactions between our customers and stakeholder insurance providers to enable successful implementation of insurance policies post application with our life insurance specialists.

Our specialists are gurus in everything underwriting and will make daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, insurers and third party medical providers to ensure efficiency in meeting all underwriting requirements and pipeline management to ensure our customers receive a timely underwriting outcome.

The customer service specialists are responsible for ensuring all documentation sent and received are compliant, dealt with in a timely manner and that all stakeholders involved in the underwriting process are held accountable from application lodgement through to underwriting assessment and policy issuance.

Who We Are Looking For:

The right candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for innovation and problem solving. You will thrive in this role if you have a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal and enjoy working with stakeholders towards a collective goal with our customers best interests at heart.

Being tech savvy and a willingness to learn the insurance industry ins and outs and associated compliance risks is essential. Administrative or phone service experience is desirable, but all training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
