Customer Service Specialist

The Opportunity
E4 Recruitment is growing and we’re on the hunt for someone to join our team as an Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you’ll be preparing rosters, scheduling shifts and communicating with our clients and staff on any updates when it comes to allocations and replacements. You’ll be using a variety of systems to enter data and fill shifts.
Who are we looking for?

You have strong administration skills, highly organised and have great attention to detail. You’re adaptable and love working in a fast-paced environment - multi-tasking comes naturally to you and you can pick up systems quickly.
