ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will provide a wide range of executive level administration support in a professional, timely, responsible, and confidential manner to the Chief Risk Officer and Deputy CEO. This role will require a candidate who is highly confident in building positive relationships around the business, and working collaboratively. Being successful in this role you will be highly efficient, and have the ability to take initiative, whilst maintaining a high energy.


Your role as an Executive Assistant will involve:

  • Providing meticulous diary management and personal assistance for the CRO/Deputy CEO, ensuring seamless operations for direct reports
  • Coordinating meetings, collating papers, and following up with attendees promptly, ensuring smooth communication and preparation
  • Assisting in timely preparation of papers and presentations for board and executive meetings, including administrative support for board processes
  • Preparing correspondence, distributing minutes, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining meticulous records in line with company policies
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders, managing team contacts, organising team events, and assisting in staff onboarding, fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values


EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Executive and Board level submissions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
