THE ROLE
This role will report into the Senior Project Officer (SPO) to provide support across a range of business projects. Working indirectly with the COO, this role will be perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative role, and who is able to manage time well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research and analysis for various business projects
- Create reports to showcase findings to SPO & COO
- Be the liaison with various internal/external stakeholders related to projects
- Variety of administrative support to the SPO & COO including calendar management, managing correspondence, filing and other ad hoc requests
- Answer incoming calls to the Operations department and redirecting appropriately
- Coordinating across projects and communicating updates
- Preparing papers, agendas, minutes and action items for meetings
Essentially to be successful in this position you will hold strong administrative skills, and be outstanding with your time management. It is highly desirable for the candidate to hold experience within the education sector, and ideally some experience working with projects. There are some extremely exciting projects happening at the College and so a very exciting time to be joining!
Please note that this is a 12-month FTC role and so commitment to this contract is necessary. This position is to cover the current employee going onto maternity leave. This role is to start on Monday 22nd April (this can be slightly flexible either side), and will run until 22nd April 2025. This is 5 days per week onsite, and boasts a beautiful campus!
