Job DescriptionOur multidisciplinary team continues to grow and we are now looking for an additional Senior Occupational Therapist whose desire it is to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for NDIS participants living in/around the Sunshine Coast.

On a daily basis you will be:
- Managing an allocated caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants get more out of life
- Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence
About you
- Experience in the NDIS as an Senior Occupational Therapist
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
