The Role & Benefits
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist has surfaced on Sydney's North Shore. As a receptionist for this Agency, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Answer/delegate telephone and email enquires where required
  • Greet customers & clients, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction of service
  • Sales Admin
  • Tidy/maintain reception area to a high standard, including the rest of office where required
  • Minor sales administration duties including updating home opens, update rental lists
  • Filing and archiving
  • Provide general administrative support to the team where required.
