We are seeking an outstanding Senior Property Manager to assist in the growth, expansion, and success of a streamlined Property Management department. With the support from a Junior Property Manager taking care of leasing, opens, applications, and references, this is a role that will see you taking the time to manage a neat and tidy portfolio of 170 properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants effectively
- Resolving all escalated repairs
- Handling rent increases
- End to end management of portfolio
- Great team, great support & office culture
- Bruna the department head has been there for 10 years and has amazing relationships with her team – very warm nature
- No leasing, no weekends, no accounts
- Neat and tidy portfolio
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Real Estate License , reliable car & driver’s license
- Exposure to all facets of Property management including Tribunal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player who is happy to offer support when needed
- Experience in building and nurturing client relationships
- The ability to work in a tight-knit team
