Growing law firm seeks an accounts assistant who is looking for career growth
This progressive law firm has an opportunity for an accounts assistant where you will play a crucial role in the team. This is a newly created role and you will make an impact with your positive approach whilst growing your career.Working in recently renovated offices, this role is to work within a team. Your duties will offer variety and as the organisation grows, you can also grow.
Duties may include:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
- BAS statement preparation
- EOM and ad hoc Management Accounts
- preparing and liaising with our tax accounting
- Working closely with the Accountant
- Basic administration with what the role will brin
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of XERO
- Team player and happy to step out of your comfort zone
- Confidentiality
