Essential requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership experience as a manager in a premium dining environment
- Previous restaurant management leadership experience
- A positive and engaging attitude
- Excellent time management, managerial and organizational skills
- Success in developing high-performing teams and the ability to lead by example
- Energized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
