We’re looking for Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers across Sydney with the following experience:
- 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager or Supervisor in the fast food/QSR industry
- Experience in training, coaching and upskilling your team
- Exposure to business information such as P&Ls, labour and wastage reports with a focus on results improvement
- Passion for everything hospitality – customer & team empowerment first mindset
- Happy to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don’t do overnights!

What will your day to day look like?
- Work closely alongside your team to drive sales growth and engagement
- Prioritise product quality, process, safety, staff training and satisfaction
- Coach and upskill Team Members through workshops and online training
- Work with your Restaurant Manager to create action plans that directly impact your restaurant’s P&L such as labour and product wastage
- Engage with your local community through our Local Matters Program
