AHP Healthcare are excited to announce that we have officially partnered with one of the Leading Allied Health WFH/Community Care providers in Australia!
Due to continued growth and expansion AHP Healthcare are currently seeking a Senior or General Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals to provide therapy to clients aged across the life span!
A snap shot of your core responsibilities:
● Be apart of a team that is highly engaged, client centric and who learn and work together in a supportive, team-based environment
● Provide community care for a number of clients with varied disabilities and ages!
● Deliver against industry standard KPIs, whilst maintaining as much flexibility as you like
● Ensure efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of services
● Provide hands-on coaching, feedback and development support to each team
member
What do you need to be considered

● Plan, deliver and evaluate Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants which help them achieve their NDIS goals.
● Support NDIS participants’ inclusion and participation in the community
● Provide services and supports in collaboration with key stakeholders
● Participate in regular professional development opportunities to keep up with current developments
● Fulfil administrative requirements such as data collection and note taking
● When assigned, supervise and train assistants, volunteers and students, ensuring the maintenance of professional, clinical, ethical and safety standards
● Ensure services meet quality service standards and NDIS guidelines.
