About the Role:
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
- Monitoring and collection of debt within agreed timelines.
- Assist with all duties of the Accounts Receivable/Billing Team.
- Assist with processing income and payments through the QikKids, Workday and Xplor systems.
- Assist with the administration of Accounts Receivable system.
- Support other Teams, such as Family Support, with any queries.
- Assist with ensuring the maintenance of an effective and professional credit control system for the organisation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate level experience with IT systems and software including Excel and other Microsoft products such as Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administrative and procedural skills.
- Effective record keeping ability.
- Maturity and confidence to deal with confidential and/or sensitive information.
- Experience in using QikKids, Xplor or Workday would be an advantage but not essential.
